Welcome to Arrive55. By using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or scheduling a delivery.

1. Legal Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to use our service. By placing an order for wine delivery, you confirm that both you and the recipient are of legal drinking age. A valid government-issued ID is required at the time of delivery.

2. Delivery Policy

Arrive55 specializes in white-glove, temperature-controlled wine delivery. We aim to deliver your wine in ideal conditions and at a time that is convenient for you.

  • All deliveries require an adult signature (21+).
  • Delivery appointments must be scheduled in advance. Multiple missed appointments may incur a redelivery fee.
  • If no adult is present at the scheduled time, the delivery will not be completed, and redelivery will be coordinated at your expense.

3. Temperature-Control Commitment

We are committed to maintaining your wine at 55°F throughout the shipping and delivery process. Delivery may be delayed in cases of extreme weather or when optimal transport conditions cannot be guaranteed.

4. Service Limitations

  • Arrive55 does not sell or retail wine. We provide logistics and delivery services on behalf of wineries, fulfillment centers, and direct-to-consumer brands.
  • Service availability may vary by region and is subject to applicable state and local alcohol laws.
  • We do not deliver to FedEx HAL addresses, P.O. boxes, or international addresses. If your ship to address is a UPS store, it must be approved for alcohol deliveries. 

5. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your delivery arrives damaged or does not match your order, please contact us within 3 business days. We will work with the winery or fulfillment partner to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Arrive55 is not responsible for:

  • Wine quality upon arrival (as it is selected, purchased, and packaged by the shipper or winery).
  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses, unavailability of the recipient, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical issues.
  • Any indirect or consequential damages arising from delivery delays or service interruptions.

7. Privacy and Data Use

We value your privacy. Your personal data is used solely for scheduling, communication, and delivery purposes and is never shared without consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Changes to Terms

Arrive55 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all services used after the effective date of the update.
