55-degree transport is coordinated by our team and will arrange the temperature-controlled pick up of your customers order from your winery or fulfillment house

A tracking number is provided for each shipment allowing both you and your customer the ability to see where their package is at any given time.

Delivery appointment set

Your customer will receive an email and/or phone call with more details on their shipment including an anticipated date and time for delivery.

Each shipment must be signed for by an adult over 21 years of age. An electronic proof of delivery is available along with other details on each shipment and can be provided for reporting purposes as needed.

Faq

Does Arrive55 have experience shipping wine?

Yes, we have extensive experience shipping wine and alcoholic beverages.  

Are you successful with delivery attempts on the first attempt?

We pride ourselves on a 98% delivery rate on the first attempt, after all this is what you are engaging us to do!  

Can my customers track their shipment?

Yes, we provide real-time tracking for all shipments. Customers will receive a tracking number and can monitor the status of their delivery online as well as receiving text messages as the wine is about to be delivered.

What are the packaging requirements?

We rely on each fulfillment or winery to provide the orders packaged upon drop-off or pickup. This ensures the order is in the preferred material and branded box for each winery. Another benefit is the packaging is normally in original cardboard or wood and does not need to be in styrofoam boxes which help reduce the carbon footprint of each package. 

What is the customer is not home when a delivery attempt is made?

We send multiple communication streams to the customer which include a delivery data and anticipated time. However we understand that life happens and there will be times the attempt is not successful. In those situations the order is returned the the temperature controlled warehouse and our team will reach out to schedule a time for another attempt. If after three attempts we are not successful a representative will reach out to the winery to discuss options. 

Can Arrive55 help with my wine club shipments?

Absolutely! This is where each winery benefits from working with Arrive55, offloading the cumbersome process of the final mile delivery to Arrive55 and knowing your wine will show-up on the customers doorstep at 55F. 

Do you offer fulfillment services?

Unfortunately we do not, there are others that are much better at fulfillment! We work with all fulfillments houses and those that self-fulfill ensuring anyone can take advantage of our services. 

Is this more for orders throughout the year or allocation releases?

Arrive55 can assist with allocation releases and some one-off orders. 

What are the delivery areas?

Arrive55 currently serves larger metropolitan areas across the South. These include Phoenix, Tucson, Dallas/Fort Worth, Waco, Austin, San Antonio, Houston, Charlotte, Raleigh/Durham. We will have additional locations across California and Florida for the Spring allocation releases starting in February.

Will I receive a POD?

Yes, a proof of delivery is available for all deliveries upon request.
